2005年4月23曰,法国正式颁布了将统领国家未来二十年教育发展的新框架——《面向未来学校的方向与计划法》(以下简称新教育法)。该法案提出了一系列宏伟的目标:100%的学生能从学校教育中获得一种文凭或证书;80%的学生获得业士文凭(注:该文凭是法国学生接受小学和中学教育之后获得的一个证书,也相当于大学的入学许可);50%的学生获得高等教育文凭。
On April 23, 2005, France formally promulgated a new framework that will guide the development of education over the next two decades - the Direction and Plan for the Future of Schools (hereinafter referred to as the “New Education Law”). The bill sets out a series of ambitious goals: 100% of students get a diploma or certificate from schooling; 80% of students get a Diploma (Note: The diploma was obtained after French students received primary and secondary education One certificate, equivalent to the university’s admission permit); 50% of students have a higher education diploma.
