在长期跟队观察和测量的基础上,对30名优秀速滑运动员(男15名x 22.5岁,女15名x19.11岁,其中运动键将27名占90%)的基础体温及其他条件下的体温,心率和血乳酸进行初步研究。结果证明:我国速滑运动员的基础体温低于我国正常成人和其他项目运动员的均值,并表现出波动性,阶段性和专项性特点。在比赛中速滑运动员体温急剧下降,下降的幅度与滑跑速度和气温有密切的关系。速滑运动员体温的测量与评定,对评价运动员的身体机能状况和训练水平具有一定的实用价值和参考依据。

The measurement and assessment of body temperature of speed skaters have some practical value and reference for evaluating the performance and training level of athletes.
