芹菜的种子很小,所以,它的发芽、出苗、保苗都很困难,在温室里育芹菜苗的时间,大致为12月至元月。育苗时,先进行浸种、催芽,然后播种(条播、撒播均可)、播种前,要把床上整好。播种后,应覆土0.3—0.5厘米。出苗前,要注意保温、保湿(土温应保持在20—30℃,最好用喷雾器喷水)。幼芽出土后,要撒一层筛过的细土,这样做,有保湿、保根的作用。
