目的探讨丙泊酚复合液及丙泊酚联合利多卡因用于无痛人工流产术的镇痛效果。方法 200例行无痛人工流产患者随机分为单纯丙泊酚组(对照组)及丙泊酚联合利多卡因组(试验组),各100例。观察两组疗效。结果试验组患者诱导时间、用药量、用药效果、注射部位、疼痛程度、苏醒及离院时间都明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚联合利多卡因可增强丙泊酚的镇痛效果、消除注射部位疼痛,明显减少丙泊酚的用量,可广泛用于门诊无痛人工流产术。
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of propofol combined with propofol and lidocaine in painless artificial abortion. Methods 200 cases of painless induced abortion were randomly divided into simple propofol group (control group) and propofol combined with lidocaine group (experimental group), each 100 cases. The two groups were observed. Results The induction time, dosage, medication effect, injection site, pain level, recovery and leaving time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Propofol combined with lidocaine can enhance the analgesic effect of propofol, eliminate pain in injection site and significantly reduce the dosage of propofol. It can be widely used in outpatient painless abortion.
