故障现象一辆比亚迪F3轿车,因事故在其他修理厂进行了维修,维修装复后试车,发动机怠速转速一直在2 000 r/min以上。由于该修理厂的维修人员一直找不出故障原因,因此向笔者求助。故障诊断赶到现场后试车,发现发动机怠速转速确实一直在2 000 r/min以上。用故障检测仪进行检测,无故障代码存储;检查节气门拉线和加速踏板位置,均正常,节气门翻板也无卡滞现象。因发动机大修过,初步怀疑节气门后方漏气。拆下进气软管,堵住节气门进气口,发动机迅速熄火,说明并非节气门后方漏气;用手指慢慢堵住旁通气道的进气口
