现浇楼板应用的普及,无疑给住宅工程增大了保险系数,抗震强度提高,住户安全感增加,受到用户的普遍欢迎。但在使用过程中由于现浇板产生细裂缝也带来一片怨声,尤其是房屋产权属转移给个人后,小小裂缝确实影响到其使用功能完善及美观,用户与房产商矛盾纠纷增加。研究、设计和施工人员都从各个不同层面采取措施,力图克服乃至消除这一通病。我们根据多年实践,认为关键是施工过程,过程控制是保证,只要抓住这一点,裂缝是可以控制、避免的。
The popularity of cast-in-place floor slab applications has undoubtedly increased the insurance coefficient for residential projects, increased earthquake resistance, and increased the sense of security of tenants, which has been generally welcomed by users. However, in the process of use, due to the occurrence of fine cracks in the in-situ slabs, it also brings a grievance. Especially after the property ownership is transferred to individuals, the small cracks do affect its perfect function and appearance, and the conflicts between users and property developers increase. Research, design, and construction staff have taken measures at various levels to overcome or even eliminate this common problem. Based on many years of practice, we believe that the key is the construction process, and process control is a guarantee. As long as we grasp this, cracks can be controlled and avoided.
