他们并非传统意义上汽车制造和技术变革的直接参与者,但却在某些方面深深影响着前者的进程在奇瑞内部,有着这样一群非典型汽车人。他们并非传统意义上汽车制造和技术变革直接的参与者,但却在某些方面深深影响着前者的进程。他们有着从业跨国公司的漂亮履历,其中一些人之前甚至没有过汽车方面的从业经历,但却毅然来到皖南小城芜湖,目标只有一个:变革。在2010年“五一”假期中的那次会议上,奇瑞的高层们意识到,变革要与国际接轨,引入新的文化、思想,在企业文化中植入更多科学化、规范化和国际化的因素,其中,人的因素是关键。
