本文对4×60m回转窑托轮轴瓦进行了受力分析,提出了轴瓦材料的机械性能指标,重点研究了锌合金轴瓦的生产工艺、热处理工艺。考察了时效温度、时间和冷却方式对轴瓦用锌合金性能的影响。结果表明,对锌合金进行250℃时效3小时后水冷可得到最高的强度和韧性配合,其力学性能超过ZQSn6-6-3,接近ZQA19-4,耐磨性高于ZQSn6-6-3和ZQA19-4。锌合金完全可替代铜合金做4×60m回转窑托轮轴瓦材料。
In this paper, the force analysis of the 4 × 60m rotary kiln bearing was carried out, the mechanical properties of the bearing was presented, and the production technology and the heat treatment process of the zinc alloy bearing were studied emphatically. The effects of aging temperature, time and cooling method on the properties of zinc alloy for bearing bush were investigated. The results show that the highest strength and toughness of zinc alloy can be obtained by aging at 250 ℃ for 3 hours. Its mechanical properties exceed ZQSn6-6-3, close to ZQA19-4, and wear resistance is higher than that of ZQSn6-6-3 and ZQA19 -4. Zinc alloy copper alloy can replace completely do 4 × 60m rotary kiln bearing pad material.
