用双列杂交分析法对核基因抵抗玉米小斑病T和O小种进行了研究。在田间进行人工接种并定株测量病斑的长度和面积。认为这两个生理小种的抗性基本上决定于相同的一套核基因。从某些自交系抗病等级的差异可以看出,由于基因对基因的病理遗传的作用,抗性基因的功能对两个小种呈加性效应。
A double-line hybridization assay was used to study the nuclear gene resistance to the small-spotted T and O races of corn. Artificially inoculated in the field and planted to measure the length and area of the lesion. It is thought that the resistance of these two races basically depends on the same set of nuclear genes. It can be seen from the differences in the disease resistance levels of some inbred lines that the function of the resistance genes has an additive effect on the two races due to the effect of the genes on the pathological inheritance of the genes.
