本实验观察了维儿康口服液对小鼠的免疫调节作用和对血细胞等的影响。结果：维儿康口服液剂量依赖性地增加正常小鼠外用血Ｔ淋巴细胞比率，并可恢复大黄脾虚型小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能；５ｇ／ｋｇ维儿康口服液使小鼠外周血红细胞计数及血红蛋白含量增加。此外，维儿康口服液还可显著增加小鼠每日摄食量。
This experiment observed the effect of Weierkang Oral Liquid on the immune regulation of mice and the effect on blood cells. Results: Weierkang oral liquid dose-dependently increased the ratio of T-lymphocytes in normal mice and restored the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in mice with spleen-deficiency of rhubarb; 5g/kg Weierkang oral liquid made the mice peripheral Red blood cell counts and hemoglobin levels increase. In addition, Weierkang Oral Solution can also significantly increase the daily intake of mice.
