M1132K卧轴矩台式平面磨床大阀体,铸件尺寸为200×132×90,内部需加工出大小纵横44个孔,主要孔光洁度为10,部分孔有螺纹。以前单件铸造时,大部分铸件内部缩松,加工后光洁度达不到要求,经试验有漏油、渗油,废品率高达60%以上。采用连铸立浇工艺(如图示),每根三个铸件,铸成后锯开。630以上为压力头,利用其重力作用收到良好的补缩效果。若在浇注后20秒钟从压力头顶部冲入高温铁水,并在铸件两个较大平面上放冷铁,以保证压力头后于铸件凝固,则补缩效果更好。
