阿霉素是治疗实体瘤最有效的药物之一,已广泛用于各种联合化疗方案中,临床使用结果显示了阿霉素是广谱的抗肿瘤药物,我院最近试用海门制药厂生产的阿霉素治疗恶性淋巴瘤、支气管肺癌共11例,现将疗效及毒性,不良反应的情况报告如下: 一、材料与方法 11例患者中,恶性淋巴瘤7例,支气管肺癌4例,均经病理证实,并有X线,B超,体检等可测量病灶。其中男性7例,女性4例。年龄在24岁～57岁之间,中位年龄为47岁。所有患者体力条件均在功能状态分级三级以上,初治有8例,复治3例。复治患者
