目的调查山东省济宁市大、中专学生人蠕形螨病有关防制知识掌握程度和流行状况,为开展相关疾病健康教育及防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用统一设计的调查问卷,选择市内2所非医学类大中专院校,1所中学,每个学校随机抽取300名左右年龄在11~25岁的学生作为调查对象进行答卷。同时采用透明胶纸贴法对学生面部人体蠕形螨流行状况进行了调查。结果济宁市大、中专学生人蠕形螨病总知晓率93.13%,大学生、中专生、中学生对人蠕形螨病知晓率分别为97.61%、94.65%、87.42%。男、女生知晓率分别为88.55%(410/463)、97.95%(430/439),2者差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.04,P>0.05)。学生蠕形螨总感染率为22.73%,男生感染率为25.05%,女生感染率为20.27%,男生感染率高于女性,2者差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.067,P<0.05)。结论山东省济宁市大、中专学生人蠕形螨感染率较高,应开展人蠕形螨防治知识普及活动,提高该类人群的健康水平。
Objective To investigate the mastery degree and epidemic situation of dementia prevention knowledge in large and secondary vocational school students in Jining City, Shandong Province, and to provide a scientific basis for health education and prevention and treatment of related diseases. Methods A questionnaire of uniform design was used to select two non-medical colleges and secondary schools and one middle school in the city. Each school randomly selected about 300 students aged 11 to 25 years as survey respondents. At the same time, the adhesive tape was used to investigate the prevalence of Demodex on the face of students. Results The total awareness rate of demodex disease in college students in Jining was 93.13%. The awareness rates of demodex disease in college students, secondary school students and middle school students were 97.61%, 94.65% and 87.42% respectively. The awareness rates of male and female were 88.55% (410/463) and 97.95% (430/439), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 0.04, P> 0.05). The total infection rate of Demodex mites was 22.73%. The male infection rate was 25.05%. The female infection rate was 20.27%. The male infection rate was higher than that of female. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 2.067, P <0.05). Conclusions There is a high infection rate of Demodex in large and secondary vocational school students in Jining City, Shandong Province. Knowledge of Demodex dementia should be popularized and the health level should be improved.
