当前,我国经济的发展非常快速,出现了大量的中小企业,这些中小企业的出现促进了我国外贸的发展,同时缓解了我们紧张的就业形势,为了满足社会对外贸电子商务人才的需求,培养出合格的、适合社会需求的跨境电商人才,我们要对现行的人才培养的方式进行改革。本文对商务英语专业跨境电子商务人才的培养给出了建议,从而提高学生的就业竞争能力。
At present, China’s economy is developing very rapidly with a large number of SMEs. The emergence of these small and medium-sized enterprises has promoted the development of China’s foreign trade and at the same time eased our tense employment situation. In order to meet the social demand for foreign trade e-commerce professionals, Qualified, suitable for the social needs of cross-border e-commerce talent, we need to reform the current way of personnel training. This article gives suggestions on the training of business English major for cross-border e-commerce talents, so as to improve students’ employment competitiveness.
