本研究以 FL912和 X4115型发动机薄壁高强机体、缸盖和缸套等灰铸铁件为对象,通过不同孕育剂的孕育效果随时间变化过程的系列对比试验和评定,确定了热分析曲线的温度特征值 T_(Eu)、△T_E 与 A 型石墨形态及共晶团数的关系,建立了抗拉强度σ_b 与热分析曲线的 L_E 的数学模型,选择了 Re-Ca-Ba 为本研究的高效长效孕育剂,并在 FL912缸套(最小壁厚1.9毫米,牌号为 HT250)生产中加以验证,收到了预期的效果。
