目的探讨数字减影(DSA)引导下介入栓塞术在移植肾切除中的作用和价值。方法 15例移植肾失功患者局麻下经皮穿刺插管,应用数字减影(DSA)技术引导,采用明胶海绵等栓塞材料进行移植肾动脉栓塞术,24h后切除移植肾。结果移植肾切除术中出血在50～100ml,手术时间60～90min,术后未见严重并发症。结论移植肾切除术前应用数字减影(DSA)和介入栓塞方法能安全、有效的减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the effect and value of interventional embolization guided by digital subtraction (DSA) in renal allograft. Methods 15 cases of transplanted renal failure under local anesthesia were percutaneously punctured, and guided by digital subtraction (DSA) technique. Transplanted renal artery embolization was performed with embolic material such as gelatin sponge. Results Hemorrhage occurred in 50 ~ 100ml of renal allograft and the operation time was 60 ~ 90min. No serious complications occurred after operation. Conclusion Digital subtraction (DSA) and interventional embolization can reduce the intraoperative bleeding safely and effectively, shorten the operation time and reduce the complications.
