为了揭示水泥冷再生稳定碎石的强度特征,通过室内试验研究了新集料掺量和基面层铣刨料比例对其无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度的影响规律。结果表明:基面层铣刨料比例和新集料掺量对水泥冷再生稳定碎石力学特性影响明显。与普通水泥稳定碎石相比:当基面层铣刨料比例为0:1时,抗压强度比为0.15~0.61,劈裂强度比为0.32~0.62;当基面层铣刨料比例为1:1时,抗压强度比为0.24~0.66,劈裂强度比为0.40~0.66;当基面层铣刨料比例为7:3时,抗压强度比为0.21~0.71,劈裂强度比为0.42~0.71。与未掺加新集料的水泥冷再生稳定碎石相比,当新集料掺量为20%时,抗压强度比值为1.10~1.82,劈裂强度比为1.06~1.16;当新集料掺量为40%时,抗压强度比为1.12~2.40,劈裂强度比为1.12~1.45。
In order to reveal the strength characteristics of cold-recycled stabilized macadam, the influence of new aggregate content and base-layer milled material proportion on unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength was studied through laboratory experiments. The results show that the proportion of base material milled material and the content of new aggregates have obvious influence on the mechanical properties of the cement stabilized reclaimed rock. Compared with ordinary cement stabilized macadam, when the proportion of base material is 0: 1, the compressive strength ratio is 0.15-0.61 and the splitting strength ratio is 0.32-0.62. When the proportion of base surface milling planing material is 1: 1, the compressive strength ratio is 0.24 ~ 0.66, the splitting strength ratio is 0.40 ~ 0.66; when the proportion of the base surface milling material is 7: 3, the compressive strength ratio is 0.21 ~ 0.71, the splitting strength ratio 0.42 ~ 0.71. Compared with the cement-free recycled stabilized macadam with no new aggregate, when the new aggregate content is 20%, the compressive strength ratio is 1.10-1.82 and the splitting strength ratio is 1.06-1.16. When the new aggregate When the content is 40%, the compressive strength ratio is 1.12 ~ 2.40 and the splitting strength ratio is 1.12 ~ 1.45.
