为降低更换弓锯条成本,探索用钨极氩弧焊修复断裂的W18Cr4V弓锯条。焊前做好焊接准备,焊接时严格按工艺参数执行,焊后及时进行回火热处理。通过显微组织及显微硬度测试分析,研究了其焊缝、热影响区及母材的显微组织和硬度变化。结果表明:氩弧焊修复后的锯条能满足使用要求,为解决类似问题提供了参考。
In order to reduce the cost of replacing the bow saw blade, the W18Cr4V bow saw blade was repaired by TIG welding. Welding preparation before welding, welding strictly in accordance with the implementation of process parameters, welding tempering heat treatment in a timely manner. Through the microstructure and microhardness test analysis, the microstructure and hardness changes of the weld, heat affected zone and base metal were studied. The results show that the saw blade after argon arc welding repair can meet the requirements of use and provide a reference for solving similar problems.
