随着离退休职工的增加,离退休职工党员队伍迅速壮大,党员的教育和管理任务日趋繁重。当前,油田各级党组织如何适应新形势新任务的要求,与时俱进做好离退休职工党员的教育管理工作,使其保持共产党员先进性,成为一个重要而迫切的课题。笔者多年来一直从事离退休职工的管理服务工作,就这一课题进行思考,调查研究,现提出有关问题与大家磋商。
With the increase of retired staff and workers, the ranks of retired employees and party members have grown rapidly, and the education and management tasks of party members have become increasingly burdensome. At present, how party organizations at all levels of the oilfields adapt to the requirements of the new situation and new tasks, and keep pace with the times to do well the education and management of retired staff members so that they can maintain the advanced nature of party members have become an important and urgent issue.
