针对目前辊压线剪切系统存在的问题, 提出了一种采用直流伺服机驱动、PLC 控制的飞剪控制系统,并给出了伺服同步控制器的设计方法和控制流程图。应用结果表明,该系统具有适用范围广、控制灵活及定尺精度高等特点,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the existing problems of roller line shearing system, a flying shear control system using DC servo drive and PLC control is proposed. The design method and control flow chart of servo synchronous controller are given. The application results show that the system has the characteristics of wide application range, flexible control and high precision of length measurement, and has extensive application value.
