目的了解深圳市福田区小型印刷企业负责人职业卫生知识、态度和企业职业卫生行为现状,探索促进企业开展职业病防治工作的有效措施。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对福田辖区86名小型印刷企业负责人进行横断面问卷调查。结果被调查对象知识得分,在文化程度、近3年内是否参加过职业卫生知识培训、近3年内被卫生监督次数组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);态度和行为得分,在近3年内是否参加过职业卫生培训、近3年内被卫生监督次数组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。影响企业负责人知识的因素依次为近3年内被监督次数、文化程度、近3年内是否参加过职业卫生培训,影响企业负责人态度和行为的因素依次为近3年内被监督次数、近3年内是否参加过职业卫生培训。结论深圳市福田区小型印刷企业负责人知识水平不高,对职业病防治工作不够重视,加强对小型印刷企业的职业卫生监督、职业卫生培训是行之有效的干预措施,同时对低文化水平的负责人要加强干预。
Objective To understand the occupational health knowledge and attitude of the heads of small printing enterprises in Futian District, Shenzhen and the status quo of occupational health behaviors of enterprises, and to explore effective measures to promote the prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises. Methods Using random sampling method, a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted on the heads of 86 small printing enterprises in Futian district. Results There was significant difference (P <0.05 or P <0.01) between the scores of the subjects supervised by the surveyed students in terms of educational attainment, educational level, and knowledge of occupational health in the past three years. The attitude and behavior scores , And whether they have participated in occupational health training in the recent 3 years. There were significant differences in the number of times of health supervision in the past 3 years (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The factors influencing the knowledge of the person in charge of enterprises were the number of supervised times in the recent 3 years, the education level, whether they attended occupational health training in the recent 3 years, and the factors affecting the attitude and behavior of the person in charge of enterprises were the number of supervised times in the recent 3 years, Have participated in occupational health training. Conclusion The person in charge of small-scale printing enterprises in Futian District of Shenzhen City has a low level of knowledge and does not pay enough attention to prevention and control of occupational diseases. Occupational health supervision and occupational health training for small-sized printing enterprises are more effective interventions while being responsible for low cultural level People need to step up their intervention.
