盐酸麻黄素滴鼻剂含量测定方法一般制剂手册均用中和法,由于该法终点突跃不明显,滴定误差甚大,且又是测定其盐酸后推算盐酸麻黄素的含量。因此不是一个理想的含量测定方法。据英国药典(1980版)盐酸麻黄素项下记载:0.05%盐酸麻黄素盐酸液(0.1mol/L)在入251nm、入257nm,及入263nm处有三个吸收峰。为此我们试用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸麻黄素滴鼻剂的含量,取得了满意的结果,现将方法及结果报道如下:一.盐酸麻黄素最大吸收波长的确定:取本品0.5克,精密称定,置1000ml 容量瓶中,加盐酸液(0.1mol/L)适量,使溶解,最后加至刻度,摇匀、置1cm 石英比色皿中,用751G 分光光度计于波长248nm—263nm 之
