目的:研究甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的MRI动态增强模式特点。方法:手术病理证实的甲状腺肿瘤34例,采用PHILIPS 1.5T磁共振仪做平扫和动态增强扫描。结果:恶性肿瘤的强化时间—信号曲线类型有A型(9.5%)、B型71.4%、C型19.0%;良性肿瘤有B型53.8%、C型46.2%。良恶性肿瘤的早期(1min、2min)强化率存在统计学意义(P<0.05),而4min、8min强化率和峰值强化率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结合形态学、动态增强曲线类型和早期强化率可以提高甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率。
Objective: To study the characteristics of MRI dynamic enhancement of benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Methods: Thirty-four thyroid tumors were confirmed by pathology. Plain and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI were performed by using the PHILI 1.5T magnetic resonance scanner. Results: The duration of the malignant tumor-signal curve type A (9.5%), type B 71.4%, type C 19.0%; benign tumor type B 53.8%, type C 46.2%. There was a statistically significant (P <0.05) enhancement rate in benign and malignant tumors at 1min and 2min, but no significant difference between 4min and 8min (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Combined with morphology, dynamic enhancement curve type and early enhancement rate can improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant thyroid tumors.
