设计合成了4对以脯氨酸和4-羟基-α-氰基肉桂酸(CHCA)为骨架、作为手性选择子的化合物。通过ESI-MS/MS质谱方法研究氨基酸与手性识别子所形成的质子化二聚体和三聚体,评估了这些化合物对19种氨基酸的手性识别作用。探讨了手性识别子结构变化对氨基酸手性识别作用的影响。
Four pairs of compounds were designed and synthesized with proline and 4-hydroxy-α-cyanocinnamic acid (CHCA) as chiral selectors. Protonated dimers and trimers of amino acids and chiral recognitions were studied by ESI-MS / MS mass spectrometry to assess the chiral recognition of 19 amino acids by these compounds. The effect of chiral recognition sub-structure changes on amino acid chiral recognition was discussed.
