据报道,美国五角大楼最近的一项研究报告显示,自2003年伊拉克战争爆发以来,美国军队中超重或肥胖的军人数已增加一倍。在过去10年中,总的来说,现役军人因超重或肥胖而就医的人数逐步增加;而且,自2003年以来,这个数字增长的速度正在加快。
According to reports, a recent Pentagon study shows that since the outbreak of the Iraq war in 2003, the number of overweight or obese military personnel in the United States has doubled.
