本文在压电晶体上喷涂氧化物,以聚乙二醇400为载体,研制了乙醇的气敏传感器,进行了乙醇气敏特性的测试。选择了氧化硼作氧化物敏感膜,具有较高的灵敏度,响应时间快,性能稳定等特点。
In this paper, the piezoelectric crystals sprayed with oxides, polyethylene glycol 400 as carrier, developed a gas sensor for ethanol, ethanol gas sensitivity characteristics of the test. Boron oxide was chosen as the oxide sensitive membrane, with high sensitivity, fast response time, stable performance and so on.
