对钾钠系水玻璃砂的性能进行了全面研究,阐述了水玻璃性能、CO_2硬化工艺及附加物对硬化强度、残留强度的影响规律,探讨了钾钠系水玻璃砂残留强度的变化机理,并叙述了改性钾钠系水玻璃砂的各种工艺性能。试验表明:该种水玻璃砂的低温和高温残强都很低,溃散性明显好于普通水玻璃砂,其它工艺性能与普通水玻璃砂相近,钾钠系水玻璃是一种良好的改性水玻璃粘结剂。
A comprehensive study was conducted on the performance of potassium-sodium-based water glass-sand sand. The performance of water glass, CO 2 hardening process, and the effect of additives on hardening strength and residual strength were discussed. The change mechanism of residual strength of potassium-sodium-based water glass sand was discussed. The various process performances of modified potassium-sodium-based water glass sands are described. The test shows that the low temperature and high temperature residual strength of the water glass sand is very low, and the collapsibility is obviously better than ordinary water glass sand. The other process performance is similar to ordinary water glass sand, and the potassium sodium water glass is a good modification. Water glass binder.
