目的：研究宫腔内微波辐射治疗顽固性无排卵型功血的近期与远期疗效。方法： 治疗组３０ 例使用国产微波治疗仪治疗，将圆柱形微波辐射探头置入宫腔内， 热凝破坏子宫内膜， 对照组２９ 例口服妇康片治疗三个月。结果： 治疗组近期减少月经量有效率达１００ ％ ， 远期有效率达９０ ．０ ％ ， 对照组近期有效率为６５ ．５ ％ ， 远期有效率为０ 。结论： 宫腔内微波辐射治疗已无生育要求的顽固性功血疗效好，减少了子宫切除的机会。
Objective: To study the short-term and long-term effects of intrauterine microwave irradiation in refractory anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with a domestic microwave therapeutic instrument. The cylindrical microwave radiation probe was placed in the uterine cavity and the endometrium was destroyed by thermal coagulation. In the control group, 29 cases were treated with Fukang Tablet for three months. Results: The treatment group recently reduced the effective rate of menstrual flow up to 100%, long-term effective rate of 90. 0%, the control group has a recent efficiency of 65. 5%, long-term effective rate of 0. Conclusion: Intrauterine microwave radiation therapy has no reproductive requirements refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding, reducing the chance of hysterectomy.
