On February 11, Yang Jichun, former director of the Coal Industry Bureau of Linfen City, Shanxi Province, investigated and filed a public prosecution by the People’s Procuratorate of Shanxi Province accepting bribes. The huge source of property is unknown. The Intermediate People’s Court of Taiyuan sentenced Yang Jichun to 17 years’ imprisonment on the basis of accepting bribes and depriving a large sum of property of unidentified sources. The court found that Yang Jichun received 2.19 million yuan bribe, and another 5.63 million yuan of family property can not explain the legal source. Recently, the author of Yang Jichun bribery, a huge number of unknown sources of property case conducted in-depth adjustment
