本文通过激光熔敷FeCrNiSiB自熔合金,在普通灰铸铁表面获得抗磨损耐腐蚀的硬化层,实现了表面与韧性的良好结合。研究了合金成分及激光工艺参数对组织和性能的影响,结果表明,与基体相比,其耐磨性提高4~5倍。
In this paper, by laser cladding FeCrNiSiB self-fluxing alloy, wear-resistant corrosion-resistant hardened layer is obtained on the surface of ordinary gray cast iron to achieve a good combination of surface and toughness. The effects of alloy composition and laser process parameters on the microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that the wear resistance of the alloy increases 4 ~ 5 times compared with that of the matrix.
