据《中华医学检验杂志》1997年9月20卷第5期报道 北京友谊医院马纪平等为探讨细菌性感染经验治疗选药依据,应用K-B扩散法监测28种属722株菌对14种抗菌药物的耐药百分率;用Nitrocefin纸片测试β-内酰胺酶。 结果表明,革兰阴性杆菌中亚胺培南耐药率最低(0%~4.3%),氨苄西林耐药率最高(58.3%~96.7%)。革兰阳性球菌万古霉素耐药率最低(0%~7.1%),苯唑西林耐药率最高
