循环经济是指遵循自然生态系统的物质循环和能量流动规律重构经济系统,使其和谐地纳入自然生态系统的物质能量循环利用过程的生态经济发展形态。循环经济要求产业间要增加关联和互动,使物质、能量实现最大限度的循环。产业及产品结构的不合理,是造成资源浪费大、能源消耗高、环境污染重的重要原因,因此,加快产业结构调整是发展循环经济的关键因素。
Recycling economy means to follow the laws of material and energy flow of natural ecosystem to reconstruct economic system so that it can be harmoniously integrated into the ecological and economic development of the process of material energy recycling in natural ecosystems. Circular economy requires industry to increase the linkages and interactions so that material and energy can be maximized. The unreasonable industrial and product structure is an important reason for the waste of resources, high energy consumption and heavy environmental pollution. Therefore, accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure is the key factor for the development of circular economy.
