Community and Site Analysis How to analyze the projected investment from an economic perspective has already been introduced. The next step is to analyze the region by analyzing the geographical locations within the search area identified as priority locations in Chapter Three. Prior to determining the physical fit, the target area must be analyzed in order to determine which elements may have an impact on the site selection. (Please refer to the Community Analysis Worksheet at the end of this chapter.) At the geographic level, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the actual geographic location and economic geography location during the regional analysis.
