目的:1了解莆田在校大学生日常生活习惯诱导胃亚健康的存在因素及其对胃保健的现状。2了解莆田在校大学生对胃亚健康相关健康教育的接受情况。3了解莆田在校大学生患胃亚健康的情况,以及可能会导致胃亚健康的因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽三个院系共9个班级对不良饮食习惯、胃亚健康、疲劳程度及抑郁程度进行调查,结果使用统计软件进行分析。结论:健康教育能够提高莆田在校大学生对胃亚健康的认知度,纠正不良的生活行为,降低胃亚健康的患病率。
Objectives: 1 to understand the existing habits of students in Putian University induced stomach sub-health factors and the status quo of stomach health. 2 to understand the Putian college students on the health of sub-health acceptance of the stomach. 3 Understand Putian University students suffering from sub-healthy stomach, as well as may cause stomach sub-health factors. Methods: Stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select nine faculties of nine departments to investigate the unhealthy eating habits, stomach and sub-health, fatigue and depression, the results were analyzed using statistical software. Conclusion: Health education can improve college students’ awareness of stomach health in Putian, correct unhealthy life behaviors and reduce the prevalence of gastric sub-health.
