目的:探讨胃乐新联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗消化性胃溃疡的效果。方法:选取我院治疗消化性胃溃疡患者168例,分成实验组和对照组各84,对照组仅采取胃乐新治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊进行治疗,结束后比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗效果(X2=6.39,P<0.05)差异显著,且均未出现并发症。结论:采取胃乐新联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗消化性胃溃疡患者,治疗效果较为满意,适合在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Weilexin combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods: A total of 168 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group of 84 respectively. The control group was treated with Weilexin, the experimental group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules on the basis of the control group, After comparing the two groups of treatment. Results: The two groups of patients (X2 = 6.39, P <0.05) significant difference, and no complications. Conclusion: Weilexin combined omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer, the treatment effect is satisfactory, suitable for clinical use.
