大中型常规沼气池,国外常见的池形有圆柱形、纺锤形和卵形。我国从节省建筑费用出发,常采用长方形。作者经研究认为,池形要首先符合沼气发酵工艺,其次才是考虑施工力便、成本低。为此提出一种比较符合我国条件的纺锤形池,池顶为120°锥角的圆锥体,池体为圆柱体,池底为90°锥角的圆锥体。以池体表面积应达到最小为原则,作者提出了一套计算公式,在池容积确定后,可相应求出该池形各主要结构尺寸。据计算分析,纺锤形池容积应采用大于200m~2为好。
