在全球经济一体化加剧、内外竞争日益激烈的形势下,如何提高企业的核心竞争力,就成为企业发展的重大课题。本文结合本单位的实际,从如何提高员工技能素质,培养员工自主创新能力,推动单位持续发展的角度出发,阐述了提高员工技术的客观要求,分析了目前员工队伍的素质现状,提出了提高员工素质的相应对策。
Under the circumstance of intensified global economic integration and intensified internal and external competition, how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a major issue for the development of enterprises. Based on the actual situation of this unit, from the perspectives of how to improve staff’s technical quality, cultivate staff’s ability of independent innovation and promote the sustainable development of the unit, this paper expounds the objective requirements of improving staff’s technology, analyzes the current situation of staff’s quality, Corresponding measures of quality.
