A bacterial strain B was isolated from cucumber rhizosphere soils which had strong antagonism against Cucumber Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum and strain B was resistant to Verticillium dahliae and Melon blight , Pepper blight and other pathogens have a strong antagonistic effect. Pot experiments showed that antagonistic bacteria B and organic fertilizer made microbial fermentation of organic fertilizer (BIO) on cucumber wilt had a significant preventive effect, the incidence decreased 66.7%, the disease index decreased 67%, control effect of 80.7%; and single
