《课程标准》倡导要采取自主、合作、探究的学习模式。小组合作学习作为其中一种教学组织形式,不仅能给学习营造宽松的氛围,让每个学生都能到达最近发展区,更重要的是能够提高学习效率,达到转化思维的目的。但是,在具体小组合作学习中,难免会出现一些矛盾,直接影响着小组合作学习的成效。矛盾一:课堂时间安排存在的矛盾独立思考与合作学习是一个相辅相成的过程。只有时间安排恰当,才能促进高效课堂的生成。学生独立自主思考是小组合作学习的基础,学生有充足的时间进行思考,才能保证合作的效果。然而由于课堂时间有限,加之小组成员思考时间不一,因此,小组合作
