思想政治工作的重要性不言而喻,对于银行来说,思政工作目前的创新性还不足,因此,笔者结合自身工作实践,对银行思想政治工作开展过程中存在的问题进行反思,以便明确当前银行业思政工作现状,从三个方面入手,提出相应的解决问题对策,帮助银行扬长避短,针对性地提出银行思政工作创新性探索的措施。
