目的 :观察丹酚酸B(SalB)对肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF_α)损伤大鼠微血管内皮细胞(CMEC)的影响。方法 :采用CMEC的体外培养技术 ,建立TNF_α损伤的模型 ,观察乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、内皮素 (ET)及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化以及SalB的保护作用。结果 :SalB可显著降低LDH活性及MDA含量 ,有减少ET分泌的趋势。结论 :SalB对TNF_α损伤的CMEC具有直接保护作用 ,其作用可能与其稳定细胞膜、抗脂质过氧化有关
Objective: To observe the effect of salvianolic acid B (SalB) on rat microvascular endothelial cells (CMEC) injured by tumor necrosis factor α (TNF_α). METHODS: CMEC in vitro culture technique was used to establish a model of TNF-α injury. The changes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity, endothelin (ET) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and protection of SalB were observed. Results: SalB can significantly reduce the LDH activity and MDA content, and reduce the tendency of ET secretion. Conclusion: SalB has a direct protective effect on TNF-α-injured CMEC, and its action may be related to its stabilization of cell membrane and anti-lipid peroxidation.
