作为影响着企业发展的关键因素,企业文化与企业战略这两个概念看似彼此独立,实则联系紧密。企业战略如若缺少企业文化做支撑,便难以为继;企业文化若是缺乏企业战略作指导,便只是空谈。企业成功与否往往取决于是否采用了适合自己的发展战略,而所选择的发展战略是否合适,便离不开企业文化对企业战略的支撑程度。本文重点探讨了企业文化对企业战略的影响,强调了积极的企业文化对企业战略实施的指导作用。
