一、工程概况长庆油田地处黄土冲积高原,地貌特点是沟多、沟大、沟深、坡陡,给油田地面建设工程带来很多不便。在长庆马岭油田中二区产能建设中,从南端202转油站至北端201转油站,有四根φ60—89毫米油气管线需悬吊跨越宽250米、垂直深度近100米的陡沟。设计上按悬缆结构,需配主索6×19—φ34.5毫米平行固定钢丝绳两组每组2根,6×19—φ24.5毫米钢丝绳安装索1根。管线净重5.88吨,整体重量24.5吨(包括管重、保温、吊索、吊架等);主锚及支架墩各2个,风锚及防震锚共6个。工程施工立面如图1。
