使用ANSYS分析软件建立了薄壁型钢-混凝土梁柱组合节点在ISO-834火灾升温曲线下的有限元理论分析模型,对薄壁型钢-混凝土梁柱节点弯矩-时间曲线和节点耐火时间进行参数化分析。研究结果表明,荷载水平的大小对组合节点的耐火极限具有很大影响;然而当荷载水平保持不变时,防火保护层厚度则是另一个对梁柱组合节点的耐火极限有显著影响的重要因素,而其它参数如材料特性、构件几何尺寸等对梁柱组合节点耐火极限影响很小。
The ANSYS analysis software was used to establish the finite element theoretical analysis model of thin-walled steel-concrete beam-column joints under the ISO-834 fire-rise curve. The parameters of bending moment-time curve and node refractory time of thin-walled steel- Analysis. The results show that the load level has a great influence on the fire resistance of the joint. However, the thickness of the fire protection layer is another important factor that significantly affects the fire resistance of the beam-column joints when the load level remains the same , While other parameters such as material properties, component geometry, etc., have little effect on the fire resistance of beam-column joints.
