应用LY/T2369-2014和离析法分析引种到内蒙古西部荒漠地区的竹柳,测定了不同部位及树龄的竹柳材物理力学性能。结果表明:竹柳材的气干密度、体积干缩率、纤维长宽比、抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量随着树龄的增加而逐渐增大;随着离地面高度的增加体积干缩率、抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量均明显减小;经差异显著性t检验,1年生与2、3年生各项物理力学性质均差异极显著,1年生与3年生气干密度、抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量差异不显著,体积干缩率、纤维长宽差异显著。且竹柳材体积干缩率、纤维长宽比和纤维长度均优于沙柳材,3年生的竹柳材抗弯弹性模量优于沙柳材,因此竹柳材适合作为人造板原料。
By using LY / T2369-2014 and analysis of segregation, the bamboo willow introduced to the desert area in the west of Inner Mongolia, the physical and mechanical properties of the bamboo willow in different parts and ages were measured. The results showed that air-dry density, volumetric shrinkage, fiber aspect ratio, flexural strength and flexural modulus increased with the increase of tree age. With the increase of height above the ground, The flexural strength and bending elastic modulus of the first year and the second and third year were all significantly different from those of the first year and the third year There was no significant difference between the flexural strength and flexural modulus, and the volumetric shrinkage and fiber length and width were significantly different. The volumetric shrinkage, fiber aspect ratio and fiber length of bamboo willow are better than that of Salix psammophila, and the flexural elastic modulus of 3-year-old bamboo willow is better than that of Salix psammophila. Therefore, bamboo willow is suitable as raw material of wood-based panel.
