研究将高脂饲料同时喂养Wistar大鼠高脂模型与茶多酚组 ,后者与造模同期加用茶多酚药物。喂养 14天后 ,检测各组血脂 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量。结果 :茶多酚能明显抑制血清总胆固醇(TC) ,甘油三酯 (TG) ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)水平的上升 ,而提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)水平 ,增加红细胞SOD浓度 ,降低血清LPO含量 ,结果表明 :茶多酚对实验性高脂血症的形成有抑制作用 ,并有较强的抗脂质过氧化作用。
The high-fat diet was fed simultaneously with the high-fat model of Wistar rats and the tea polyphenols group, and the latter was added with tea polyphenols at the same time as the modeling. After 14 days of feeding, blood lipids, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxide (LPO) levels were measured in each group. RESULTS: Tea polyphenols significantly inhibited the increase of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels and increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels. The increase of red blood cell SOD concentration and decrease of serum LPO content showed that tea polyphenols had inhibitory effects on the formation of experimental hyperlipidemia and had a strong anti-lipid peroxidation effect.
