高职德育目标是高职院校德育工作中一个带有根本性、方向性的问题,是高职院校德育工作的出发点和落脚点。伴随着大众化高等教育的实现,虽然高职院校的发展十分迅速、在校生规模庞大,但一些院校的德育目标还不甚清楚。因此,要把高职生转变为符合社会需要的高素质技能型人才,需要高职院校首先要确立好德育目标并贯彻德育实践的始终。为此,应坚持如下原则:高职德育目标要符合高职教育实际情况;高职德育目标要关注个体发展;高职德育目标要注意渗透。
The goal of moral education in higher vocational colleges is a fundamental and directional problem in moral education in higher vocational colleges. It is the starting point and the foothold of moral education in higher vocational colleges. Accompanied by the popularization of higher education, although the development of higher vocational colleges is very rapid with a large scale of students, the moral education goals of some institutions are not clear yet. Therefore, it is necessary to transform higher vocational students into high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of society. Higher vocational colleges need to establish the goal of moral education and implement the practice of moral education from beginning to end. To this end, the following principles should be adhered to: the goal of moral education in higher vocational education should be in line with the actual situation of higher vocational education; the goal of moral education in higher vocational education should be concerned with individual development; and the goal of moral education in higher vocational education should be paid attention to.
