气阀(尤其是进气阀)的下陷,是大功率柴油机工作中普遍存在的一个问题。针对这个问题,除了在设计上提高缸盖和气阀的刚度外,还可采取若干预防措施:1.加装进气管油雾装置或采用曲轴箱与进气管联通装置。2.调整阀和阀座工作面的锥角。3.正确选择阀座装配过盈量。4.增大进、排气阀开启重叠角。此外,本文还介绍了在维护保养方面一些应该注意的要点。
Valve (especially the intake valve) sag, is a common problem in the work of high-power diesel engine.
