目的探讨术后针对性饮食护理用于胃癌根治术护理的效果。方法将胃癌根治术患者178例随机分为研究组和对照组各89例,对照组实施围术期常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予术后针对性饮食护理。对比2组患者手术前后血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及体质量情况。结果出院时2组血清白蛋白及前白蛋白水平均高于术前,且研究组高于对照组,术后研究组体质量情况要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后针对性饮食护理可促进胃癌根治术患者恢复,利于患者正常营养摄入,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative targeted dietary nursing on gastric cancer radical surgery. Methods 178 cases of radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into study group and control group, 89 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing. The study group was given postoperative diet-based nursing. Preoperative and postoperative serum albumin, prealbumin and body weight were compared between two groups. Results The levels of serum albumin and prealbumin were significantly higher in the two groups at the time of discharge than those in the control group. The postoperative quality of the study group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Postoperative dietary care can promote the recovery of gastric cancer patients undergoing radical operation, which will benefit the normal nutrition intake of patients and is worth promoting.
