目的 探讨细胞周期相关基因与葡萄膜黑色素瘤病理分型及浸润能力的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化法定量检测 96例葡萄膜黑色素瘤标本中 cyclin D1和 Bcl- 2蛋白的表达。 结果 Bcl- 2在所有葡萄膜黑色素瘤中均有较高表达 ,与病理学分型及巩膜外浸润无关 ;cyclin D1的表达依梭型、混合型、上皮型逐渐增高 ,与肿瘤的浸润能力呈正相关。 结论 bcl- 2的表达对于葡萄膜黑色素瘤细胞的存活具有重要作用 ,cyclin D1可作为其恶性程度的评估指标
Objective To investigate the relationship between cell cycle related genes and pathological type and infiltration ability of uveal melanoma. Methods The expressions of cyclin D1 and Bcl-2 protein in 96 specimens of uveal melanoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Bcl-2 in all uveal melanoma tissues was higher than that in the pathological type and extra-scleral infiltration. The expression of cyclin D1 was increased in shuttle type, mixed type and epithelial type, and positively correlated with the invasiveness of tumor . Conclusion The expression of bcl-2 plays an important role in the survival of uveal melanoma cells. Cyclin D1 can be used as an indicator of the malignancy
